Please review and sign our waiver prior to your arrival. Signed waivers are required for everyone participating in the snow tubing activities and participants will not be allowed to tube without one. Please start the process by clicking the button below.
NOTE: As this is a consent form, all adults 18 and over must fill out their own waiver, they cannot be added to another adult waiver. All minors must have a parent or legal guardian fill out a waiver first, and then the minor can be added IN ADDITION to the waiver completed by the guardian (even if they aren't participating).
Returning customers must fill out the waiver once per season.
